  • Description

    The Best Practice Specialist is responsible for organize trainings, track all records in the Training and Competence Management System (TCM) and collect feedback to continuously improve the training programs.

    Main responsibilities :

  • The main core deliverables of the Best Practice Specialist, are as follows (but not limited to the list below)
  • Defining guidelines, workflow, procedures, instructions and templates along the best practice process.
  • Checking if efficient and optimal processes, workflows & proceedings exists against best practices.
  • Driving a continuous improvement process.
  • Providing improvement and decision proposals.
  • Facilitating and controlling of improvement projects / steps
  • Providing solutions to close gaps within established control loops moderating events based on ROSEN's root cause analysis process (on demand)

  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Administration, Engineering or similar.
  • Sound experience in the respective business segment, being ideal minimum 5 years’ experience in oil, gas and / or mining industries.
  • Consistent track record of meeting performance objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and high level of customer and service-focus, being mandatory English (certified B2 Level as per CEFR) and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
  • Technical aptitude to enable understanding internal customer needs.
  • Good knowledge of the corporate processes with emphasis in Trainings plan and efficacy.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work procedures, technical instructions and technical references is a plus.
  • Well-developed planning and reporting skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
