  • Co-ordinates all areas of one-to-one campaigns while working effectively with Creative, Analysis and Production to ensure the on-
  • time and flawless execution of events during the entire campaign cycle.

  • Creates supporting documents and performs pre and post-production QA to ensure compliance with campaign guidelines.
  • Contributes to developing / improving Ways of Working by researching, leading and developing process efficiencies and innovation.
  • Ensures that all documentation and information related to a campaign is both current and accurate.

  • Responsible for solving complex business or functional problems by utilizing strategic thinking, decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate recommendations effectively to both internal and external clients.

  • Act as an advocate for campaigns across the business, educating the wider Account Management community on best practices and timescales.
  • Aligns Customer, Client and CPG needs, consistently bringing the dunnhumby Customer First strategy to life.
