Co-ordinates all areas of one-to-one campaigns while working effectively with Creative, Analysis and Production to ensure the on-
time and flawless execution of events during the entire campaign cycle.
Creates supporting documents and performs pre and post-production QA to ensure compliance with campaign guidelines.
Contributes to developing / improving Ways of Working by researching, leading and developing process efficiencies and innovation.
Ensures that all documentation and information related to a campaign is both current and accurate.
Responsible for solving complex business or functional problems by utilizing strategic thinking, decision making and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate recommendations effectively to both internal and external clients.
Act as an advocate for campaigns across the business, educating the wider Account Management community on best practices and timescales.
Aligns Customer, Client and CPG needs, consistently bringing the dunnhumby Customer First strategy to life.
