    Commercial Excellence is a global function for the SPS business that operates through strong global sub-functions and regional resources.

    The Honeywell SPS Latin America Commercial Excellence Leader will report to the SPS Latin America Sales VP and matrix to SPS Global Commercial Excellence VP.

    He / She will be supported by the global functions, drive the execution of, coordinate and support best practices as well as global initiatives in the region.

    The SPS Latin America Commercial Excellence Leader will work closely with the regional Sales Leader, Regional Sales Directors, Marketing functions and others as required to drive growth in the region.

    She / He will be a strong partner to meet and exceed the regional goals and objectives by making best use of global best practices and resources, while being open to adapt to specific regional needs.

    Responsibilities :

  • Works as a business partner with Honeywell SPS Latin America Sales VP.
  • Drives implementation of regional MOS (Management Operating System).
  • Drives consistent Opportunity and Account Planning practices.
  • Works closely with Global Analytics / Compensation team to deliver analytical requirements for the region, and drive sales quota implementation and incentive plan change recommendations
  • Works closely with Global CE Training / Development team to deliver competency development for Sales.
  • Supports execution of global training strategy in region.
  • Provides input into CE functional areas to ensure global strategy works for the region.
  • Ensures effective and consistent usage of Sales CRM (SFDC).
  • Build out best-in-class processes and strategies for growth.
  • Supports development of go-to-market models and sales deployment, drives adaptation and execution of global and regional Go To Market strategies.
  • Drives performance arounds Key Performance Indicators.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Fluent English.
  • Fluent / Advanced Spanish.
  • Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint e Outlook).
  • Salesforce.com, CRMs work knowledge
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • MBA.
  • Advanced Portuguese.
  • Understanding of the different types of products and solutions in the SPS portfolio.
  • Experience :

  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations and technical b2b environment.
  • 5+ years experience in sales and / or marketing related functions.
  • 5+ years experience in analytics, driving growth, training / development, best practice process development and implementation, strategy development and / or operations.
  • Ability to influence organizations even without direct reporting lines.
  • Ability to drive excellence in a fast moving environment.
