Act as Procurement Business Partner (PBP), responsible for aligning with a defined group of Functional, Category or Divisional stakeholders.
The PBP supports the development of regional & global category strategies by understanding the business needs, challenging demand and transmitting relevant input to the category organization.
The PBP leads local implementation of global, regional and local strategies and projects, including the management of key global and local suppliers.
The PBP builds effective and own the relationships with the key business ensuring procurement targets are achieved while business stakeholder satisfaction is kept at a high level.
Responsible for managing the following activities related to Procurement managed categories or Divisional objectives
t by understanding the business needs and plans while challenging demand
g. Novartis Code of Conduct, Novartis Pharma Principles and Practices for Professionals (NP4), Rx&D Code of Ethical Practices, Health Canada and all other relevant regulations).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Degree in Business Administration, Economy or Engineering. MBA, CIPS or similar qualification desirable Excellent Local language (oral and written) Very good knowledge in English (oral and written) Experience in Procurement of 3+ years.
Experience in project & category management, demand management, negotiation.
