The main focus area for this role will be recruiting IT professionals within the business needs of the organization. Recruitment officer would be also expected to support other Talent management activities like employee engagement events, performance management, employer brand events, employee development, reporting and other initiatives within the scope of company strategic plan.
Building a continuous candidate pipeline and creating leads through various sourcing methods including internet search, job boards, networking, external referrals, employee referrals, career fairs, professional associations / organizations, college alumni / associations, applicant tracking system, diversity sourcing, etc.
Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with industry professionals in order to create a pipeline of qualified resources to support current and future organizational needs.
Evaluating information on potential candidates and conducting initial phone screening to assess candidate profiles. Documenting findings / feedback from any interaction with candidates
Organizing HR and technical interviews with appropriate hiring managers
Performance HR interviews
Handling candidate pre-interview and new hire orientation paperwork
Maintaining regular recruitment reports and metrics
Running IT candidate market researches
Supporting other Talent Management and additional Recruiting administration activities assigned
Match your profile
2 years of previous experience in Recruitment.
Knowledgeable of the recruitment practices and processes
The ability to build an easy rapport with candidates and candidate’s data
The ability to quickly identify hiring needs
A proactive mind-set and ability to learn technical information
Strong and creative sourcing and networking abilities
Good analytical skills
Planning and organizing skills
Competency in customer service and business orientation
Easily adaptable to changes, open and thoughtful with innovation thinking.
Advanced in English both spoken and written (Level 90%)
The following skills would be a plus :
Experience in Technical recruitment
Good knowledge of IT market Industry
Experience with advanced and non-traditional search and sourcing techniques to uncover talent
Familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email application), online web portals, search engines, and databases
